Informations about prices

The touristic tax is 2,00 euros for the first 4 days exept for children under 12 years.

Low season: from 04 January to 30 April – from 01 October to 31 Dicember
Middle season: from 01 January to 30 June – from 24 August to 30 September
High season: from 01 July to 23 August
Check in from 14:00 h.
Check out from 10:30 h.

Additional costs

Extra bed € 30,00 per week
Final cleaning € 50,00 for the apartment Sunflower and Grapes
Final cleaning € 40,00 for the apartment Olive and Wheat

Important: For the holidays Easter, Christmas, New Year, the rates apply for short days.

Terms of cancellation

• Cancellation of the reservation 15 days before arrival: the deposit received at the time of booking will not be returned.
• Cancellation from 14 to 5 days before arrival: the cost is equal to 70% of the entire stay which will be deducted the deposit received at time of booking.
• Cancellation on the day before or the same day of arrival: 100% of the entire booking which will be deducted the deposit received at time of booking.
